I sent them my details a couple of days ago and they made some chages to my hub, and since I haven't had a single dropout! So far anyway..
Decided to do a complete factory reset, seems to have fixed the issues for the last 24 hours with speeds consistently fast and Wifi stable. Will keep monitoring to see if it slows down or drops out again.

I too had some changes made to my Hub on Wednesday, and it has been working perfectly since. Looks like a solution is on the way.

Haven't really seen an improvement or change in the past week. If anything it has got worse, very annoying.
