HH5 dropping WiFi and broadband

This has only started happening within the past few days, but for some reason my HH5 wil no longer keep a stable WiFi connection. It affects both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz simultaneously. This happens on both my Laptop and PC. I haven't tested anything else yet.

During this time it may also drop the broadband connection.


I don't use smart wireless, I have 2.4Ghz set to channel 12 and the 5Ghz set to 48. No other wireless networks are using those channels. However there does seem to be more to it than just the Hub. The Wireless network list on my PC seems to fluctuate between all the networks in range, including both frequencies on my Hub as well as the BT Wifi-X and FON. They don't seem to want to all show up at the same time. Other networks remain on the list during this odd behaviour.


I can't determine the cause of any of this, if they're all a factor or if they're all separate issues. I've tried changing channels and restarting the Hub and the router.


OS: Windows 7 64bit

Adapter: BT ac 900 dual band dongle.
