Hi there I’m having trouble accessing my online banking on my phone as well as from my laptop have been told it’s sonething to do with my internet settings? Anyone advise what I can try? It looks like there’s a block somewhere when I try to access the app and website ?

Both working fine for me, although I don't use a BT router. Can you access on the phone if you switch off WiFi & connect via mobile data?
Then I'd suggest the problem lies with your account rather than the connections.
Although if you're using antivirus software on the phone I'd try disabling it.
