Help us improve our process for when you experience home Wi-Fi issues

Hi Everyone,

We want to improve our process in identifying and fixing issues with your broadband, especially when your home Wi-Fi goes down.

Andrew, from our 'Fix broadband team has put together a short survey with a few questions about what you expect from BT when you are experiencing home Wi-Fi issues.  We would very much appreciate it if you could take a few minutes to complete this survey,
