My Hub 3 firmware is;
and has been powered up for over a week now.
I see there is now a SP12 version around, my question is has anyone on ADSL received this latest version or do you only get it if on Infinity?
Solved! Go to Solution.
I have Option 1 ADSL2 and my Hub 3 updated automatically on July 31 to new firmware (serial no ends SP12). Although one is supposed to leave the Hub on 24Hr I don't, and it happened wiithin 10 minutes of switching on at noon.
Thanks grampy for you reply and clarifcation. I must learn to be patient! Perhaps I'm leaving mine switched on too long
Sorted - router has now been updated to SP12. Thanks for the replies.
There is another thread on this subject, but there is also another post concerning "clocks forward" today, on HH3 Type A.
I don't follow every single thread, BUT, does the HH3 Type B now show the correct time, i.e. BST?
Just curious - it's not a serious issue.
The router does seem to be displaying the correct time.
It's not quite an obsession, but I'm puzzled as to why some hubs do and others don't display the correct time at BST.
My HH2 Type A also shows the correct time.
Assuming that all hubs use the same time server, then each version of hub contains a calendar built in to the firmware - if you see what I am driving at.
(My central heating timer has a calendar built in to its firmware, and unfortunately it cannot be changed. It will need replacing if BST becomes permanent over Winter.)
So you can see the advantages of online updates.
Incidentally I am also on ADSL2.
