Home Hub 4 Device Connections

I am so fed up.  Since installing the Hub 4 and Infinity for the Sport, I cannot connect the Kindle, my desktop or my daughers phone

It used to be so easy just found the network and away we went..

Please advise - does  a Netgear adaptor work with infinity.  BT technical help said the hub is not compatible with Windows XP and yes I know it won't supported after April next year...please help.  Its an expensive atmospheric lamp.  My laptop works, the engineer configured it.  Nothing else does

Re: Home Hub 4 Device Connections

Did you delete any existing wireless connections on the devices first, as they can cause conflicts. Then scan for the home hub, and enter the wireless key.

There are plenty of threads on this board relating to wireless connections, and the home hub 4.

I am sure other Kindle owner will also give you guidance, also if you specify which phone you are having problems with, someone should be able to help.
