Try a factory reset of the home hub.
Then try again using a direct Ethernet connection.
Once you can access the home hub.
Turn Smart Setup off.

You will need to be connected to your home BT Broadband connection to view it, or any links to it that I post on this forum.
I am using Edge so I will try Firefox when I get back this afternoon, thanks for your reply.
