I'm sorry to see you're having problems with your VPN.  The issues mentioned in this thread were fixed by a firmware upgrade several months ago so it's likely a set up issue causing the problems you are experiencing. 

 

VPN technical support is not provided as part of your broadband plan and all we can do is advise you to try the checks on this link problems using my VPN  If you need further assistance I would recommend you contact your companies IT support as they will know what settings are required for your VPN service.  

 

I am locking this thread as the issues being experienced now are unlikely to be related to the problems raised on this thread several months ago.
