Home hub 3

I have a home hub 3, it consistently drops connection, we have to turn it off and on again and this usually does the trick however sometimes this is 15 times aday, can any body help?

Hi @Ecodragon37 and welcome.

 

I'm sorry you're having problems with the connection dropping. Is this a wireless issue or does the connection drop on a wired connection? Do the hub lights change color?

It's a wireless issue, the lights do not change, everything appears normal except I keep losing connection and can only resolve it by turning the power off and on again

Have you tried changing your wireless channel? How do I change the wireless channel on my hub will show you how. Can you try that and let me know how you get on?
