Installed CCTV at my home and had to access the hub manager to find IP address for the cameras.
When looking at devices I came across an individuals iPhone and apple watch had both connected to my network at some point. No one knows this person nor why they have been connected to the network. They have a private IP issued by the hub so not someone using hotspot.
Is there anyway I can block or filter these devices to prevent them from being able to access our Wi-Fi again?

That's what concerns me, it has been changed twice in 12 months yet some how this individual has jumped on. Will change again and keep an eye on it.
Could it be someone using BT Fon via a BT WiFi package? Every BT hub makes available a portion of your unused bandwidth for BT Fon or BT WiFi.
