How do I get full fibre? It's been over six months and BT/Openreach still have not sorted.

Co ordination between Bt/Openreach is an utter joke. Been constantly on phone asking what is happening between the 3rd party guys sorting out the cable pipes to getting a guy in who says he can't connect because the rodding not done then the junction box has a fault. Why do they not have a project manager as BT don't seem to do anything other than look on OpenReach Status screen? Completely and utterly frustrating and I've spent endless hours trying to get this done.

Now have a box indoors but still waiting for guys to fix junction box.

Re: How do I get full fibre? It's been over six months and BT/Openreach still have not sorted.

That’s because the regulator doesn’t allow coordination between BT and Openreach, Openreach are a operationally separate company to BT , there is no reason to ask BT when or where OR will be deploying FTTP because they are not party to those decisions, if you question is that you have an order for FTTP with BT and nothing appears to be happening, that isn’t ‘coordination’ , you simply need BT to ask OR for an update , the number to call has been posted, however the resources applied to your issue are a matter for OR not BT , but obviously you should be given any updates OR have provided to BT
