How do I remove active device from BT SMart hub?

I logged into the admin console and noticed an iphone connected to my network which I was not able to identify.

As this device is apparently connected, the "remove" button is greyed out.

I then reset my wifi password and rebooted the smarthub.

The first device that appeared to be connected again was this wireless (apparent smartphone) whereas everything in my house hold was no longer showing.

I checked the BT smart hub Mac and it did not match this unidentified device's mac. Can anyone help solve this problem?

Re: How do I remove active device from BT SMart hub?

Hey,

Thanks for the quick response.

I had no devices connected after password reset and this particular device showed up.

We only have 1 iphone in the household and I turned off private address to test. The mac address does not match that of the unidentified device which always has the same IP.

Is there no way I can remove an active device?

A sky router, to resolve connectivity issue with the sky tv boxes . The mac on the device doesn't match it.

I will disconnect and see if it disappears

Change the wifi password and see what no longer connects.
