How do I reorder a Smart Hub?

Just before Lockdown, I had arranged to upgrade my Broadband. A new Smart Hub was dispatched, but owing to the Pandemic, it was never picked up from the Post Office, and was returned to BT. I've now rearranged my appointment to upgrade, but need to get the Smart Hub redelivered a.s.a.p. Can't see how to do this - help please! TIA

You need the connections team, they can be called by dialling 150 from a BT landline or BT mobile or 0800 800 150 from any other network.
