Just got BT activated today (still waiting for phone actually!)
I asked customer service yesterday how I could give other members of th efamily the account details to allow them to access Hotspots - WITHOUT giving full login details.
They told me I could make a new BT account and associate the account. Simples.
I can login with the new account.
BUT... I can't login to BT Wifi.
Am I missing something?

Unless things have changed recently you were given incorrect information.
Only the main account holder can use BTWifi. If you want others to be able to use it they will have to use your log on details which will mean they will have full access to your account.
I'm sorry you were given the wrong information when you called. The details @gg30340 have posted are correct. To log into BT Wifi you need the BT account holder's BT ID and password.
