How do you do it? At the moment other devices that use UDP e.g. ring doorbell just knock out the UDP packets from Wi-Fi calling rendering it useless.

Simple. You can't.

That effectively makes WiFi calling useless if you happen to have other devices on same WiFi channel that e.g. stream video using UDP such as a ring doorbell
