Hub 3 cant connect to Apple Products wirelessly

Just had to change my hub as it kept dropping out but the new one will not allow any of my apple products to connect wirelessly.  Spoken endlessly to BT tech dept on about the 4th person and hours later someone altered my channel to 11 and said this should work it did momentarily but now wont and I still cannot connect.  Tried everything, turning and resetting hub, resetting apple network settings but nothing seems to work and ideas...?  thanks

did you change the wireless security code to that of the new hub ?also are you selecting the new hub's SSID

you could try a factory reset of the hub but there is no real reason for your devices not to connect to the hub
