Hub 5 type A

Hi been getting intermittent drop outs with my hub 5
Went back to a 5 as the 6 never seemed to work with any apple devices have no idea why ??
Then recently I'm losing broadband get the orange broadband symbol then it goes orange then green then blue this is happening regularly at all different times of day
I have done a quiet line test seems ok other than I don't have a corded phone ??
This is my 5th hub from BT NOW this is an ongoing issue is it a line fault or is it BT hubs are just rubbish ?
Is it a firmware issue like I was advised with the 6 or again is it broadband
Been with BT 3 years now the service isn't great line test naturally comes back as OK
So what is really the problem with infinity as I'm fed up

Try a factory reset of the hub that should solve your problems
