Hub3

I have had the same hub for 4 years without issues, it has recently broke, and i have now had my third replacement in as many weeks as i keep losing wifi. BT customer services stated as long as the blue light was on, its not a problem, yet i dont have any wifi,  anyone had similar issues or know a fix? or is it just the hub3s that are being sent out now?

Welcome to this user forum.

 

Its not likely to be the home hub again. Can you see the wireless network showing when you scan for wireless connections?
