I cant get my Wi Fi on my mobile phone, as I have lost or misplaced my Plastic password card

How do I get a new card or the Password details that were supplied to me when I origonally installed BT WI FI.

It is a credit sized card that was in the rear of the Modem< showing all the details.

I am unable to reset my Mobile phone for Face Book etc without the Password.

Went on BT chat line last night, total waste of time, operator kept asking the same Question over and ove,r even though he was told I could not access the page in question, I said it was not there, had gone, dissapeared, all to no avail

is there not a label on the base of the hub?

do you have another device that can access hub?  if so if you enter the admin password then you will see the wifi password

if it is BTWIFI not home network then the hub wifi password is not wht you need it is your BTID password
