sorry but is that at the downstairs socket?  if so as @licquorice said you have a problem with your internal wiring and need s sorted out if you want to move hub to another socket

you could get openreach or get a local telecom person far cheaper

There doesn't appear to be a picture of the master (single) socket. Can you post a picture showing not only the connections but the cables.

I will do that tomorrow because the master socket cables are outside and it is a bit dark outside

If your wiring is ok and the downstairs socket is master then your router should work basically in any socket but speed may be less than you get in the downstairs master socket. As router does not work upstairs it points to wiring problems

As the three extension sockets only appear to have one cable each, I suspect they were star wired from a junction box and have been disconnected to prevent them causing problems with the broadband at the master socket.

Hi there @Ihaveapigeon456

From the last link, the 2nd image (IMG_3084) is the master socket?  that's downstairs?

Just wanted to clarify.

EDIT: Also pic 1 is the faceplate to that master socket, and normally it should have the extensions wired to it.  That appears to be an issue.

Kind Regards
