Our IP address seems to change regularly, even i find we don't reboot Wifi. We ideally need stable IP address for work purposes, do you know why is changes so regularly and is there anything we can do to minimise this ?

Your IP address will change every time the hub restarts, logon to the hub manager (192.168.1.254), click Status and check the System Uptime.
only way to get a static ip address is with a business connection not residential
As already mentioned here, your IP address will change because its a dynamic IP address. It sounds like you want a static IP address, this is not available on BT residential broadband.
Have a look at Dynamic DNS sites such as NO-IP.com or DynDNS which may be of help to you.
