Up to yesterday I have been a happy user of BT Infinity. IPv6 was working like a charm with assigned /56.
Since today, I have upgraded to Ultrafast Fibre 2 Plus. Suddently it stopped assigning IPv6 at all.
I have called about 5 different phone numbers today and everywhere BT employees played dump, as they didn't know what this mythic IPv6 is. They also refused to take my fault report or escalate issue. They were just refering me to yet another phone number.
This is completely unprofessional. IPv6 was working fine for a year already and I depend on it.
Warning to other customers: If you care about IPv6, don't upgrade!
