Just received an email from BT Retail's Care Centre in Newcastle explaining the issue had been fixed.
Just tried connecting using UDP on VPN and everything is working again.
Ours was fixed also, apparently something to do with the network. Nothing specific as yet. Just happy to be back in work 🙂
Solved for PS4 as well, no longer get the IP Fragmented Problems now. :), what caused it .
