Internet down in GU14 area?

Hi All,

I live in Farnborough, Hampshire and broadband went down around 10.30pm last night and is still not back, does anyone know if there are issues in the area as the broadband checker is also saying it’s down?

What lights are showing on your router?

Have you switched off and restarted your router and/ONT if on FTTP?

Are any of your near/next door neighbours complaining that the internet has gone down?

I tried a complete separate router, cable and filter but still indicating no broadband signal, so has to be external so just checking if anyone else is experiencing issues

That’s why I suggested speaking to your nearest neighbours. The chances of anyone answering here that lives within a mile of you, I should imagine, are pretty slim.

If you use google you will find the down detector is showing reports form people in your area that BT broadband is down    no time for fix
