If you are using Windows(10), there’s a good network analyser free app.
It gives you a good insight of which channels are in use. It shows hidden channels also.
It’s the hub which you must set at ch 48, not the sky box. A problem with conflicting mesh networks, perhaps.
Perhaps the BT expert may comment and give some very useful advice.
