I currently pay £27.99 for Superfast Fibre 1 Unlimited. For the new wi-fi plus that is £44.99, a steep increase and more than my total package cost.

I am wondering if the new BT smart bub 2 is any smarter than the previous hubs. I would like to use the new wifi mesh system to improve the wifi coverage, but until BT sorts out access control, and makes it so I can do more than just create one stop and start time they do not fit my needs. The Fritzbox that Zen internet supply allows control of each device in 15 minute increments, so you can have it on from 7am to 8am, then off until 7pm to 8pm, or you can give them a time budget, so they can have an hour over the 24hr period. They also have a ticket system, so that I can get my kids to do their jobs/homework in exchange for some extra internet time! 😉 When oh when will BT include a workable system in their hubs?

Thats on top of all the computer issues doing my Home Move taken 3 months to get that sorted ???
On phone to BT Now even they are confused how 2 order for the same product can appear on the account and confused over the high bill
