Ipv4

I am having connection issues, connecting to certain things, how do I turn ipv4 on my new smart hub 6?

There's no need to turn IPv4 on in the router. It is already on and can't be turned off.

 

What are your issues?

Connection failed streaming certain things and connection on Xbox failing to connect to online games since I got up graded to fibre.

You could try doing a factory reset of the hub, only do this once.  Hold in the recessed button at the back for at least 20 seconds and that should fix things.

The Xbox should use IPv6 by default, however you might want to turn off UPnP on the hub and manually forward the correct ports to the Xbox.
