Awful speeds and ping 90% of the time.

FC5B915E-C44E-427B-86EB-F574091C06FF.pngFor a long time now my WiFi has been very bad, even with just one device connected I’m getting these speeds and ping, it is completely unusable and unplayable. The account holder will not get BT here to solve it, I’m stuck with it. Also, I want them to get FTTP here so I can get fibre 100 etc. Our current deal guarantees 12-22 download but we can’t even get 2

Re: Is this normal? And can it cause my WiFi to be bad?

that is just the master socket and connections for phone and router.  will not affect your wifi

post hub stats  hub manager then advanced settings then technical log information

Re: Is this normal? And can it cause my WiFi to be bad?

have you turned of smart setup

Turn Off smart setup

have you split the networks

Split the networks

I would also select the channels manually and not use the auto channel select

use a wifi analyser on your smartphone to see nearby networks and channels in use

It certainly looks a mess. Who did it, were they called Mr H. Robinson?
