I have same problem.
My JVC smart TV has an Internet connection wired to my hub. But Netflix won't connect. I have followed the first advice and turned off the smart wizard in the hub manager. Reset installation on the tv but still no joy. Setup says Netflix servers 1,2 and 3 not working any more advice please?

Its a very common problem. If you search Google using the following term "jvc tv netflix not working", there are a number of possible solutions.

I had the same problem with mine.
Go to the settings, and find the netfix setting. There is a section where you can delet a stored something or other. I cant remember the exact term. I think its basically the saved settings.
I deleted that. Reopened netfilx. It asked for UN and PW again but then worked fine.
I have the same issue. I have unplugged, reset the hub, switched off and left for 20mins and I have no progress. Like others the Netflix team were helpful and suggested I asked for a DNS flush from BT.
I asked them. They said I needed to reset the hub, which I did but nothing has changed. Do I need to wait?
Any other steps I need to take?
