I’ve just upgraded to whole or complete WiFi or whateveits called and signed up to another 24 months. I thought I was getting at least one WiFi disc with this kit but they’ve sent the hub 2 on its own which is not what I signed up for this. I have a daughters husband all working from home and I have dead spots in my house do this was going to be started from tomorrow and I now can’t set it up without the discs. What is going on? Can anyone help me here please? This is really urgent .

Have you any advice as to what I should do in the meantime please? I am aware that when an upgrade starts, the DLM is often reset and I shouldn’t turn off the hub for 10 days while it settles its speed. Should I install the hub 2 anyway tomorrow and add the discs later or leave it for a few days until I get the disc/s or leave it till 10 days time? The latter isn’t good because the whole point of this upgrade was so my daughter can work from her room and currently there is no WiFi in there
as your connection is just the same and just added on the wifi discs there should be no reset by the DLM
