Laptop suddenly can't connect to BT Hub but other devices can
Yesterday morning I turned my laptop on and it can no longer connect to the wifi in our house from the BT hub. I forgot the network and tried to connect again by entering the key and it just says 'Can't connect to this network'. I also tried disabling the network adaptor and restarted the laptop. Network adaptor re-enabled itself but no change with the wifi.
All other devices in the house (other laptops, phones etc.) could all connect fine and I have disconnected and reconnected them to rule out an issue with new connections.
My laptop can connect to other wifi networks and mobile hotspots so I can't work out where the issue is coming from as it seems to be purely between my laptop and the hub and as far as I am aware nothing changed from one day to the next with either.
Laptop is running windows 10 and the last software update was in the middle of January. Issue started on 13th Feb.
