Laptop will nmot connect to Network, Hub 6

I have a small Asus laptop that I mainly use for travel purposes, but weekly I update with Microsoft updates.

Recently it has failed to connect to my Hub6.

I can connect to BT WiFi X & BT Wifi FON but not to my HUB 6.

Then after connecting to BT X/FON is appears that the connection to the HUB 6 can be made.

Is there a known problem with HUB 6 in this respect?

Or any other suggestions welcome.

Thanks

if you have already split the networks then try changing the mode from 1 to either 2 or 3 and see if that helps

Thanks for the idea, but unfortunately I don't know how to do this.

Does it mean changing Laptop or HUB?

go to advanced settings then wireless in hub and you will see set to mode 1  change to 2 or 3 and see if that helps
