Are you testing over WiFi or Ethernet? If Ethernet, try using a different port on the hub
Connection dropped this morning at about 6am, thought something might have changed. It didn't.
You can tell from the ping plotter screenshot below when I turned the Twitch Stream off.
I haven't checked into the forum for a very long time and I'm glad a bit of googling has confirmed I'm not going crazy.. Yet.
I too am a gamer and have noticed over time when someone uses Netflix, twitch etc. My gaming becomes laggy. I use a Smart Hub if it makes any difference.
I have no other issues apart from what has been raised on this here thread.
Is it just the case of waiting for a mod to help on an individual basis or are they going to roll out a wider fix in future?
It looks like some people have had success and others not so much.

I see there is other threads too about this. After the contract is up I may jump ship to another isp if it's not sorted.
Obviously something had changed on their network. I'm surprised they haven't done something by now about it as it looks like some have reported this December last year!
I'm frankly very disappointed with them. It does make the service pretty useless when it occurs.
You stopped updating this or just have nothing new to update with.
This issue is frustrating, only compounded by BT taking so long to do nothing about it.

They're currently trying to re-create the issue in their tech labs, that's about it.
Do you know if its a location based issue at all? Nobody has really been sharing where they are located as far as I can see. I am in the midlands.
Its not location based, I have issues on Path of Exile mainly as well and im in the South East.
