We have put together a short survey to capture your feedback in terms of what BT can do when you experience home Wi-Fi issues. We would appreciate it if you could take a couple of minutes to complete a short survey. Read more from here, Fix my home Wi-Fi
Nah sorry mate, nothing I could do myself. It got a bit better after speaking to a mod on here, then got worse again, now its a bit better but still spikes here and there. Hope you can get it fixed, so frustrating.
It one day just fixed itself after complaining on this forum, think its something to do with the routing. Try get the attention of someone here.
Wish it was just routing - from what we could figure out it was just traffic management forcing non-latency-sensitive streaming packets ahead of latency-sensitive game packets 😕
It's making gaming impossible for me. Rocket League is no fun when your car shifts halfway across the pitch suddenly ...
NOW broadband looks a good deal atm. I'm wondering if the only way out of this is to pull the trigger on an ISP change...
Aye, as soon as I'm out of this house I'm looking for something else, even if its TalkTalk LMAO
Would rather go with internet that goes down few times a week, than high ping/high jitter gaming all the time. I know that everyone except Virgin just uses Openreach lines, so its something on BT's side.
