Sorry if this is on the wrong board but I couldn't see one that fits my query.
I have a website that I am unable to view and my host has said that I " need to contact your ISP to request for local IP whitelist request"
Just as background the website can be seen by other people and I can connect using mobile data on phone but my browser connects to an old host. I have cleared cache using Ctrl+F5 and via the browser settings and I have also tried an alternative browser which comes up with the same wrong page.
It does look as though I am blacklisted somewhere and although it could be the host, I can still access their servers to make website changes. I have never heard of a local IP whitelist and a call to BT has not produced any result as the people I spoke to hadn't heard of it either.
