I’ve tried with VPN turned on and off. Same result.

I’m getting a new hub tomorrow as I’ve upgraded so I’ll see if the problem persists once that is in place

If BT are sending a home hub 6, then you will not need to use the Openreach modem.

I would be surprised if it made any difference

I would suspect its still something that the VPN is doing, even if its turned off.

Both really. Hub is being replaced as it keeps dropping out and got a deal for same price with new hub so win win.

You were right over the VPN though. For some reason it kept changing my location to Netherlands despite setting it up as UK when I installed it.
