We had BT home hub - 3 dishes- set up yesterday and today I can’t access my You view as it says not connected. I don’t want to use a cable and in Settings I can’t see how to connect to the new password. Appreciate any help on how to re-connect. Many thanks
Thanks you. I have an Ethernet cable plugged in but still saying not connected. Have followed BT instructions turn off/in etc but still not connected. Any further suggestions? Many thanks.
