Loss of connectivity

After last nights thunderstorms and power cuts, I have no ethernet connection to the Smart Hub 2.  WiFi is working fine but no ethernet devices recognised.

Have rebooted, changed cables etc etc but am now stuck.

Re: Loss of connectivity

Have you tried a factory reset rather than rebooting?

If that fails, you need to report it to customer services and get a replacement hub.

Re: Loss of connectivity

Thanks for the advice.  Yes, did a reset and no go.  Have hooked up my previous Smart Hub and it works fine, so it is definitely the hub that has been fried.

Customer Services, eh ? BT don't seem to want to talk to anybody these days, but I might as well try.  I am spending enough money with them after all.....
