Mac doesn’t connect to Hub4

It does, then it stops working. It basically says “BTHub4 is turned on but not connected to a network”... Help pls!

And now it says that BTHub does not have an IP address, which is why it can’t connect

Try turning Smart Setup off.

Also try separating and renaming the SSIDs.

Hi Keith,

Thanks for replying but that that didn’t do anything for my Mac. 😞

To clarify, the wifi works fine on my other divices. It’s just my Mac acting up.

So the status on my Network is now:

“BTHub4 does not have an IP address and cannot connect to the Internet”.

Is there a way I can write the Hub’s IP address manually?
