Hi, bit of an odd problem.
I set up a new Windows 10 Laptop last week, connected fine to my Home Hub 5, but since then my Windows 10 mobile phone no longer connects to the Home Hub. All other devices in the house still work.
The hub is set up with the two bandwidths separated, all devices are connected to the 2.4 GHz band.

Its most likely a home hub "feature".
Try a factory reset of the home hub.
Then turn Smart Setup off.
Also try separating and renaming the SSIDs again.
