Moving house Fibre Modem?

When placing an order to move house, in the final screen it says...

Please take any equipment you have to your new address, apart from your Fibre Modem which should be left in your current premise.

What does this the 'Fibre Modem' mean, surely not the home bub, should we not take that with us?

We dont have anything else, just our home hub that plugs into the wall socket.

Anyone have any ideas?

Re: Moving house Fibre Modem?

If you have anything like what is shown on the left, then that is what must be left behind.
