Hello, my wifi is pretty reliable most of the time, until I logon to itunes and try to download podcasts, then it goes off, then back on, off, then on again...then I try again to download podcasts, then it goes off AGAIN. As soon as I give up the wifi goes back on again and I have no more problems. What is going on here, is BT in a war with itunes that I don't know about?
Welcome to this user forum.
Try the usual fixes for the home hub, in this order.
factory reset the home hub.
Then turn Smart Setup off.
Then separate and rename the SSIDs.
