My hub is has a steady orange light

Hello,

an engineer has previously come to install line etc. I have been told my WiFi has been activated, but my hub is a steady orange light. What does this mean? Everything is plugged in properly etc. 

what can I do to fix this?

It means you have no internet connection, there's not a lot you can do other than check that everything is plugged in and switched on, you will need to ring them.
