We had BT infinity installed two weeks ago. The set HUB name and password hasn't been changed. We got online that day and didn't have any problems for 10 days, but now my MacBook Pro can't get connected to the wifi using the password which is successfully connecting everyone else. We know the password is fine for everyone else because we connected a new mobile to the hub using the password and it worked fine.
My Mac not more than two years old, I don't have problems connecting to BT FON, but when I put in the valid password for the HUB it says the password is invalid. I've checked I'm connecting to the right account, I've tried restarting the HUB, restarting the computer etc... if anyone has any ideas, I'd be very grateful for some help!
Just a basic check. Are you using the wireless passkey on the Homehub label. It is not the Admin Password and are you sure you are trying to log onto the correct Homehub. Its SSid (name) is also on the label.
