MyBT app with new Apple device

Hi

I have a Smart Hub2 that works fine via the MyBT App on an Android phone.

Now trying to add an iPad so I can use that to manage the Hub.

I can sign into the app and set a pin. But when I select "your WiFi network " it wants me to set up the Hub. I select "Smart Hub 2 is already set up" which leads me to "enter details manually", then "I'm connected now". It complains "It wasn't possible to connect to the network. Please try again" which is absolute garbage because I'm connected and using said network. Any ideas?
