I have Netflix working fine on my Sky Q box, my BB is provided by BT.
Does your mobile service allow you to tether ? try connecting the Sky Q box to your mobile, it shouldn't use too much data to sign in as a test, this would then rule out the broadband connection.
I took them off and the smart setup! Netflix works fine on all other devices so I’m asssuming it’s a Netflix on Sky Q error through BT...
Thanks, its just that Parental Controls caused issues with Netflix unless changes are made.
