I'm guessing you have a HH3b which has recently been made incompatible by something BT have changed.
Good luck explaining that to the customer support so best bet is to contact an admin who should be able to assist as it is a known issue here at least.
The 'solution' is to replace your router with a HH3a which is not without its own issues but ones that might not affect you.
