Netgear Arlo Router going offline since upgrading to BT Smart Hub 2

Hi, was hoping someone may of come across this before..We recently upgraded our BT Fibre Broadband router to a Smart Hub 2. We have a Netgear Arlo Router which is connected to our BT router that controls our home camera system. On the previous BT router we had no problems at all, but since changing the Netgear router goes offline every day. Has anyone any ideas as to if this maybe the BT router firewall / security settings causing this issue? Thanks Tim.

Did you turn of smart setup in hub settings. That often causes problems

Hi, thanks for the info. Do you mean the settings of the BT router? How do you access those settings?
