I have 3 Neatgear extenders connected to BT Hub 6. Since yesterday, none of them connect to the internet. I can still connect to them on Wi-fi, but no internet. The internet from the Hub itself is working fine. I’ve reset the extenders and rebooted the Hub, but it didn’t help. Any ideas?

Try the usual fixes for the home hub, in this order.
factory reset the home hub.
Then turn Smart Setup off.
Smart setup is a total misnomer, it is not needed and causes untold problems.
Thank you. What’s the significance of turning Smart Setup off?
Smart Setup prevents many devices connecting, because it intercepts every new device connection, and redirects it to a BT web page offering to install extra software, or enable parental controls etc.
Many devices do not have a web browser, so they fail to connect.
I reset the Hub and switched off Smart Hub. When the Hub came back on, the extenders worked for 5-10 minutes and then disconnected. When I reset the Hub, it probably reverted to its original firmware. I wonder if the 5-10 minute delay is the time it took for the firmware to update. Maybe this is a Hub firmware issue?
A factory reset does not revert to the original firmware, just the latest version.
Perhaps your extenders are disconnecting because there is too much interference on that wireless channel?
Wireless extenders are not usually a very good option.
Solution. Thanks for the comments about interference. To close this off - I unplugged the extenders and Hub, then plugged them back in. It made no difference. I then turned off all the power by switching off the main power switch in the fuse box. Waited 10 seconds then turned the power back on. Once the hub and the extenders powered up, everything was working again. Maybe there was interference from an unrelated device or appliance (eg a TV), and the interference disappeared once the appliance was turned off and on. I’ll probably never know, but switching off the electricity supply at the main fuse box cured the problem.
