Network Connection

I had a network working ok. I upgraded to BT hub 2 with 1 disc. I connected everything up.both the hub and disc were showing solid blue light. But The Sky Q can’t find my network. And I have 3 mini boxes running off this so they can’t find network as they work of the main Sky Q box.

i will add that my laptop, mobile phones and iPads have found the new network. I also have Nest Products which also connected by Wi-Fi ok. It’s just the Sky boxes

i gave up and have put everything back as it was with the old hub.Everything is working once again.

any idea, if not I’m going to call BT to come and take the kit back
